摘 要 ：对7种中药提取物醛糖还原酶抑制作用的筛选实验结果表明:槲皮素对大鼠晶体醛糖还原酶的抑制作用最强,IC₅₀为3.44×10^-7mol/L。

Abstract:Seven Chinese herbal drugs were screened for experimental inhibition of lens aldose reductase activity, among which quercetin exhibited potent enzyme-inhibitary activities in vitro. Its IC₅₀ value was 3.44×10_-7mol/L. It may be helpful in the prophylaxis and treatment of diabetic complications.
