摘 要 ：建立了补骨脂酚气相色谱定量方法。3%SE₃₀填充柱,气化和柱温分别为250℃和220℃,氢火焰离子检测器。经测定其线性范围0.24～2.4μg,平均回收率98.82%,RSD1.58%。对11个地区所售补骨脂进行测定,含量为1%～7%。

Abstract:A GC method for the determination of bakuchiol is described.GC conditions for analysing are as fol-lows: arationary phase: SE-30; injector tempoature: 250℃;column temperture: 200℃ and deteetor: FID. The linearrange of this method is 0. 24～2. 4μg and the average recovery is 98. 82%, with a relative standard deviation of1. 58%. This. method has been successfully used to determine the content of bakuchiol in the samples on the market in11 different areas, the contents being 1%～7% .
