摘 要 ：从广西血竭的石油醚和醋酸乙酯部位中分得6个化合物。根据理化常数和光谱性质鉴定它们的化学结构分别为1,2,4,5-四氯二甲氧基苯、正二十二烷醇、十八碳饱和脂肪酸乙酯、二十碳饱和脂肪酸乙酯、刃藜芦醇、4,7-二羟基黄酮。其中1,2,4,5-四氯二甲氧基苯为新化合物。

Abstract:Six constituents have been isolated from the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extract fractions of Dracaena cochinensis.Their structures have been identified as 1.2,4,5-tetrachloro-3 , 6-dimethoxy-benzene,docosyl alco-hol, octadecyl acetate,eicosyl acetate,resveratrol and 4‘,7-dihydroxy-flavone on the basis of physical, chemical andspectral deta.Of these compounds 1,2,4,5-tetrachloro-3,6-dimethoxy-benzene is a new one.
