摘 要 ：采用双波长薄层扫描法对不同品种及产地的葛根中所含葛根素的含量进行了测定比较,结果表明:野葛根中葛根素的含量较粉葛根高约8～10倍。

Abstract:Dual wavelength TLC scanning has shown that the content of pueraria in Pueraria lobata is 8～10times higher than that in P.thomsonii.
