摘 要 ：建立了能反映决明子内在质量的结合大黄酚含量测定方法。对决明子中游离及结合大黄酚的提取条件进行了考察,建立了大黄酚反相高效液相色谱分离方法,并测定了从各地收集的样品。游离和结合大黄酚加样平均回收率分别为101.2%和103.3%,相对标准偏差为3.5%和1.8%。

Abstract:A reversed phase HPLC method was developed for determination of chrysophanol in Semen Cassiae.The extraction conditions were examined for free and combined chrysophanols.14 samples collected from 6 different areas were determined.The average recoveries for two kinds of compounds were 101.2% and 103.3% respectively,and the RSDs were 3.5% and 1.8%.
