摘 要 ：当归不同炮制品可清除次黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶系统产生的O₂和Fenton反应生成的·OH,并能抑制FRGS诱导的小鼠肝匀浆上清液脂质过氧化作用。各炮制品ED50之间有一定显著性差异。

Abstract:Diferent processed products of Radix Angelica Sinensis could clear out superoxide radical(O₂)generated through hypoxanthinexanthineo xidase system and hydroxyl radical(·OH)generated through Fenton action,and inhibit lipid peroxidation of supernatant hepati homogenate in mice induced by free radical generation system.There exist significant diferences among the diferent processed products.
