摘 要 ：生苦杏仁的醚提物和水煎液在体外培养的Raji细胞上有诱导EBV-EA的激活作用。提示有一定的促癌活性。炒、(火单)及炒(火单)3种炮制方法均能降低其对EBV-EA的激活作用,以炒及炒(火单)方法更好。另外,3种炮制方法均能增强其润肠作用。而破坏苦杏仁酶和增强苦杏仁甙的煎出率,则以炒(火单)的方法最好。

Abstract:The ethereal extract and decoction from raw Semen Armeniacae Amarum were found to induce EBV-EA activation in Raji cells cultured in vitro. Experiments show that both the extract and decoction have tumor-promoting activities,but the EBV-EA activation an be decreased by three kinds of processing-parching,scalding or parching after scalding, of which parching and parching after scalding are better., Moreover , parching after scalding is the best to enhance the relaxing of bowels,inactivate the amygdalase and increase the decoction rate of amygdalin.
