摘 要 ：选择复方中主要药物首乌藤,用CS-930薄层扫描仪测定其主要成分大黄素的含量,并测定了单味首乌藤中大黄素的含量.结果,前者为0.2866%,后者为0.376%。

Abstract:The contents of the main constituent emodin of caulis Polygoni Multiflori used in compound prescription andas a single drug separately were determined by CS-930 TLC-scanner to be 0. 2866%for the former and 0.376%forthe latter.
