摘 要 ：采用高效液相色谱法对槐米生品及用正交试验法炮制的9种炮制品进行槲皮素的含量分析。结果表明,炮制品中槲皮素的含量高于生品,且以180℃炒制11min(A₂B₂C₂)炮制品的槲皮素含量为最高。

Abstract:The HPLC method was applied to determine the quercetin content in Flos Sophorae Immaturus.Thetechnology for processing Flos Sophorae Immaturus was selected based on orthogonal experiment design.The resulthas shown that the better technolgy is to bake Flos Sophorae Immaturus for 11 min at the temperature of 180℃ .
