摘 要 ：以苯为提取溶剂,正十八烷为内标,测定了麝香保心丸中麝香酮的含量。该方法显示了很好的稳定性和线性,平均回收率为101.4%。
Abstract:By using benzene as the extraction solvent and the method of inte:nai standard ,Shexiang Baoxin Pills was di-rectly analyzed for rnuscone by GC. The rnethod showed very good stability and linearity. The rate of recovery was101.4%.
