摘 要 ：应用薄层扫描法测定了按不同方法炮制的中药马钱子中士的宁、马钱子碱、异士的宁、异马钱子碱的含量,并就马钱子中生物碱的含量分布与其炮制方法之间的关系进行了研究。

Abstract:The contents of strychnine, brucine, isostrychnine and isobrucine in different processed products of Strychnosnux-vomica were determined by TLC-densitometry. The relationship of the contents of strychnos alkaloids withprocessing methods was studied.
