摘 要 ：应用甲醇-水为流动相,在反相-ODS柱上建立了测定齐墩果酸含量的高效液相色谱法,其最小检出限为0.4μg,RSD为2.41%。
Abstract:The HPLC analysis has been carried out by using the uitrasphere-ODS column and methanol-water as mobilephase. The lowest limit of determination is 0.4μg。The relative standard deviation of different sample oncentrationsis 2.41%.
