摘 要 ：中国拟青霉给药3g/kg十四天能够提高鼠肝组织超氧化物歧化酶的含量;离体实验中国拟青霉提高鼠肝匀浆超氧化物岐化酶的含量和抑制脂质过氧化物的生成与天然冬虫夏草相似。此外中国拟青霉尚能提高谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的含量。

Abstract:This paper indicates that Paecilomyces sinensis ig 3g/kg/dx14 increases the amount of superoxide dismutase in the liver tissues of mice; that Paecilomyces sinensis is similar to natural Cordyceps sinansis in inhibiting the production of Lpo and increasing the amount of superoxide dismutase in the liver homogenates of mice in vitro. In addition Paecilomyces sinensis can also increase the amount of glutathione peroxidase in the liver homogenates of mice in vitro.
