摘 要 ：采用分光光度法对研制的5批雷公藤缓释片进行体外溶出试验,结果表明5批样品均有较好的溶出度,其T₅₀,T_d无显著差异。

Abstract:Spectrophotometry was used in an external dissolution rate experiment for the slow releasing tablets of Radix Tripterygii Wilfordii in five batches.The result shows that all these five batches have fine dissolution rates,in which T 50 and T d appear obviously different.
