Abstract:The content of magnoflorine in different parts of Epimedium koreanum was determined by using HPLC.The results showed that magnoflorine existed in every part of the plant and the highest content was found in the rhizoma.A new index and a reliable method are correspondingly provided for the quality control of E. koreanum .
