摘 要 ：大鼠静脉注射PAF可引起动脉血压下降,肺血管壁通透性升高。预先给予海风藤提取物可以减轻内毒素造成的低血压和通透性增高性肺水肿。海风藤的这种效应可能与其对PAF的拮抗作用有关。

Abstract:Arterial hypotension and high-permeability pulmonary edema were induced by intravenous injectien of plateletactivating factor(PAF) or endotoxin in rats. Pre-treatment with extract from the Cauline of Piper kadsura attenuated endotoxin-induced hypotension and lung injury, which may result from the PAF antagonistic effect of Piper kadsura.
