摘 要 ：五种山药的水解氨基酸和微量元素测定结果表明,它们均含有较高量的精氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、必需氨基酸及许多必需微量元素。其中河南怀山药含量高于其它山药。这为探索地道药材的内在质量提供一定的依据。

Abstract:Determination of hydrolytic amino acids and trace elements in five species of yam has shown that all have higher contents of arginine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid and essential amino acids, as well as drug yam many essential trace elements from Dioscorea opposita grownin Henan is higher in content than from other area. This study provides some basis for exploring the internal quality of native drugs.
