摘 要 ：对大黄中总蒽醌衍生物的提取方法做了某些改进,并使用正交试验法对提取条件进行优选.结果表明,以加入混合酸[冰HAc-25%HCl(10∶2)]20ml,水解2小时后氯仿提取较好。

Abstract:The method of extraction for total anthraquinone derivatives in Rhubarb was improved in someaspects,and the extraction conditions were selected by using orthogonal experiment design.Theresult shows that a better way to extract the total anthraquinone derivatives is to add 20ml ofa mixed acid(glacial acetic acid:25 percent hydrochloric acid solution=10:2)to the powder ofRhubarb,let the latter hydrolyze for 2 hours and then proceed to extracting with chloroform.
