摘 要 ：以栀子中主要有效成分京尼平甙为指标,应用薄层扫描法对栀子及其炮制品进行了分析比较。实验结果表明,栀子仁中京尼平甙含量最高,生栀子、炒栀子、焦栀子和栀子壳中含量逐渐减少,为进一步研究栀子的炮制提供了参考。

Abstract:This paper reports the determination of geniposide in the fruit of Gardenia jasminoides and its four processed products. The experimental result shows that geniposide is concentrated in the kernel and destroyed easily by heating. The TLCS methods is rapid and sensitive, and may be used for the quality control of processed products.
