Abstract:The present paper deals with the flavonoid components of the aerial part of B. tenue Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don. Four flavonoid components were obtained by polyamide column chromatography method. On the basis of spectroscopic analysis, preparation of derivatives, acid hydrolysis and physicochemical constants, they were identified as rutin, narcissin, kaempferol and quercetin, respectively, which are not reported in this plant.
