Abstract:Ten compounds were isolated from the aqueous extract of Rhododendron capitatum Maxim and identified as scopoletin, fraxefin, grayanomxin Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅳ, raffinose, hyperin, capitatin, quercetin and myricefin, respectively, on the basis of physico-chemical properies, UV, IR, NMR and MS data. The capitatin was a new compound.
