efectoftypeandconcentrationofnitrogenandthreefermentationpaternsonfermentationofP.stipites
werestudiedTheresultshowedthattheinitialpHrangeofprehydrolysisofcornstalkforfermentation
waspH60topH70.10g/L(NH4)2SO4wasusedasthenitrogensource,in40g/Lglucoseand25
g/Lxylosefermentationmediumfor24h,andsugarutilizationwas9947%,ethanolconcentrationwas
2472g/L,whichwassuperiortoureaandpeptoneasnitrogensource.Fermentationperformancesoffree
P.stipitiscelandimmobilizedS.cerevisiaewerethebest,sugarutilizationandethanolyieldwere
9943%,and9639%.Immobilizedyeastcouldachievehighdensityfermentation,thusimproving
equipmentutilizationandhavingabeterprospectonmultistagecontinuousfermentationinthebioreactor.
