摘 要 ：采用CTAB法、尿素法、高盐低pH法、SDS法和陈大明法等5种方法提取美花石斛(Dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe)基因组总DNA，通过电泳、紫外光谱分析和RAPD-PCR扩增等检测手段，比较分析了DNA质量。DNA条带显示改良CTAB法和改良尿素法较好。

Abstract:Five methods of genomic DNA extraction from D. loddigesii Rolfe were compared. DNA was detected by electrophoresis, UV and RAPD-PCR. DNA bands showed that the modified CTAB and carbamide methods are better than the other four methods including CTAB, carbamide, high salt and low pH, SDS and Chen methods.
