摘 要 ：用高效液相色谱法对不同产地的连翘叶、老翘、青翘中的连翘苷含量进行测定。结果表明：连翘叶中连翘苷含量比老翘高40倍以上，比青翘中连翘苷含量高2～4倍左右，不同产地的连翘叶、老翘及青翘中连翘苷的含量也有较明显的差别。
