摘 要 ：本文报告云南产蒜头果种仁油中cis-Tetracos－15－enoic的分离与鉴定．该酸通过氧化得15碳二羧酸，可作为合成麝香酮（muscone）的理想原料，因此它是一个在学术上和应用上均有意义的脂肪酸。

Abstract:Malania oleifera Chun et Lee is distributed in the Southeast of Yunnan, the results for quantitative analysis and identification of the oil contents are given in tables 1, 2. This paper deals mainly with the isolation and identification of the cis- Tetracos-15-enoic in the kernel oil of Malania oleifera. The oil contains 67% cis-Tetracos-15-enoic which gives pelargonic acid and pentadecanedioic acid when it is oxidized.It can be therfore used in synthesis of racemic muscone.
