摘 要 ：阿魏酸钠可明显对抗乙醇所致肝脏过氧化脂质的增高，减轻谷胱甘肽含量的耗竭及防止谷胱甘肽Ｓ－转移酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的降低。结果提示ＳＦ抗脂质过氧化作用与逆转谷胱甘肽及相关酶活性的改变有关。

Abstract:The study has shown that sodium ferulate(SF)significantly in hibits the rise of liver lipid peroxides MDA content,aleviates the depletion of hepatic GSH pond,and reverses the declineof GST,GSH-Px levels in ethanol treated mice.The results indicate this inhibitory action of SF is related to diminishing the generation of oxygen free radicalsbystabilizing GSH and related enzyme levels.
