摘 要 ：以内含3.5%戊烷磺酸钠,0.1%冰醋酸的甲醇。水(1:1)为流动相,在275nm处检测,在8～64pg/ml范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9998,回收率96.15%～103.45%。该法可作为该制剂的质控方法。

Abstract:A reversed phase HPLC rnethod was develaped for the determinaticn of sguephrine in Zhishi injection usingmethanol-water(1:1) containing sodium l-pentane sulfonate (3.5% ,G/V) and acetic acid (0.1%,V/V) as themobile phase with UV detoction at 275nm. Linear response was obtained in the range of 8～64μg/ml (r= 0.9998),the absolute recovery was 96.2%～103.4%,and RSD 2.7%～6.0% (n=7).
