Abstract:This paper reports the determination of aristolochic acid I in Aristolochia fangchi,A.haerophylla,A.moupinensis,A.austoszechuanica and A.tagala of Aristolechiaceae by TLC-scanning and the determination of totalalkaloids in Stephania tetrandra and Cocculus orbiculairs by acidic dye colorimetry。
