摘 要 ：实验结果表明7种蛇类药材的蛋白粘度有极显著差异(P<0.01),且实验数据准确可靠,重现性较好(CV<1.5%)。

Abstract:The results showed that the difference of protein viscosity among these snake-drugs is extremely signifioant (P<0.01), the experimental data are accurate and highly reproducible (CV<1.5%).
