摘 要 ：用反相高效液相色谱法,安定为内标,ZorbaxC₈柱,含30mmol/L。磷酸的乙腈-水(35:65)为流动相,于紫外346nm处测定了黄柏中小檗碱的含量。排除了巴马汀对小檗碱的干扰。平均回收率为101.7%,RSD为1.83%(n=20)。

Abstract:A reversedphase high performance liquid chromatographic mothed was developed for the determina-tion of berberine in Cortex Phellodendri using a bonded phase column(Zorbax C₈) with diazepam as the internal stan-dard.The column temperature was 25 C.The mobile phatse was a mixture of acetonitrile-water(35:65,containing30mmol/L H₃PO₄) with a flow rate of lml/min.Berberine was detected by UV absorption at 346nm. The standardcurve was linear in the range of 0.14 to 2.0μg. The recovery was 101.7% and RSI) 1.83%.
