摘 要 ：用高压液相色谱法测定栀子中栀子甙的方法。ODS柱,0.05mol/L磷酸氢二钠-甲醇(80:20)(pH6.86)为流动相,以峰面积测定栀子甙的含量。测定了三个产地和不同部位的生药及三个制剂中的栀子甙。

Abstract:A method for the determination of geniposide in Fructus Gardeniae was established by HPLC. HPLC eonditions: columns TSK GEL LS-410, mobile phase: 0.05mol/L Na₂HPO₄-MeOH (80:20)(pH=6.86). Quantitative determination was made using peak area. Samples of various parts of the plant and of different habitats together with their pharmaceutical preparations were analyzed.
